PLCS 92/188 foam door production line
PVC foam door panel is mainly used for indoor and outdoor decoration door panel. Compared with traditional solid wood door panel, its advantages are waterproof and moisture-proof, flame retardant, light weight, not easy to aging, etc.
With the Spring Festival approaching, the 92/188 wide-width plate production line customized by Vietnamese customers has been assembled in the production workshop, and the commissioning has been completed and stable operation has been completed. It will be loaded and shipped to Vietnam. This production line is composed of twin screw extruder, setting table, traction cutting machine and automatic displacement machine. It has the characteristics of stable operation and high working efficiency.
01 Extruder
The 92/188 foam door production line adopts a twin-screw design with high conveying rate and strong adaptability to the machine head, and the extrusion output is up to 450kg/h. The gear and shaft components of the gearbox are made of high-quality alloy steel, with high torque, low energy consumption, superior performance and strong stability. The PLC control system with Polysun standard structure has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
02 Setting table
The setting table adopts cantilever control panel, the frame is plastic sprayed as a whole, and the movement range is adjustable. The whole setting table length is 6000 mm.
03 Traction cutting
All electrical components of the traction cutting machine adopt internationally famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, etc. The traction form is double-row fixed rubber blocks, which can ensure sufficient traction. The cutting mode of the cutting machine is sawing and cross cutting, with the maximum cutting width of 1250mm. The cutting saw blade adopts ultra-high hardness alloy tooth saw with a diameter of 350mm, which can cut accurately.
04 Automatic shift machine
The automatic plate shifter is customized to stack plates according to the length and quantity required by customers, and it operates stably with high automation and low error rate. The detection and maintenance of the electrical control system uses double safety protection with strong safety performance.
